Theme
Together becoming the good news
Why this theme was chosen
The first Anabaptists believed that a small, disciplined, Spirit-filled community could change the world – not by controlling it, but by faithfully living the way of Jesus together.
Today, across continents – from Asia to Africa, Europe to the Americas – as Mennonite World Conference, we carry that same conviction. We are diverse in language, culture and history, yet united by baptism, discipleship and the call to peace.
The world is watching the church. May it not only hear our message. May it see it. May our shared life across borders and differences become a living letter of Christ as we serve side by side.
