Ministry partner update: ICOMB – May 2021

The church in Japan

Takao Sugi, leader of the Nihon Menonaito Burezaren Kyodan, the MB conference in Japan, invites prayer for the church in Japan. The churches continue to gather, with safety precautions in place. They now hold multiple services in order to space out members, wear masks, and disinfect. They are not permitted to hold communion or communal meals. Japan still plans to hold the Olympic Games this summer. Praise God that three students graduated from the seminary and have been sent to minister in churches.
