Ma famille d\u2019accueil colombienne montra beaucoup d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour ma culture lorsque je leur racontai que ma famille venait du Mexique.<\/p>\n<p>Ma m\u00e8re d\u2019accueil m\u2019a volontiers aid\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer des Enchiladas de Mole Coloradito, un de mes plats pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s que ma m\u00e8re et ma grand-m\u00e8re cuisinaient lorsque j\u2019\u00e9tais petite. Et heureusement parce que la pr\u00e9paration prit presque trois heures !  <\/p>\n<p>Avant de commencer \u00e0 cuisiner, il a fallu chercher les ingr\u00e9dients, ce ne fut pas t\u00e2che facile car les piments ne sont pas courants en Colombie. Nous avons finalement trouv\u00e9 les piments dans un grand march\u00e9 couvert appel\u00e9 Paloquemao.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019aime l\u2019odeur des piments grill\u00e9s sur le feu et la chaleur ardente de leur ar\u00f4me puissant qui monte \u00e0 mon nez.
