{"id":9887,"date":"2017-07-13T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-07-13T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mwc-cmm.org\/stress-management-for-mental-health-4\/"},"modified":"2024-12-10T17:14:49","modified_gmt":"2024-12-10T17:14:49","slug":"stress-management-for-mental-health-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mwc-cmm.org\/fr\/stories\/stress-management-for-mental-health-4\/","title":{"rendered":"Les liens entre l\u2019esprit et le corps"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Comment l\u2019\u00c9glise devrait-elle r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Notre \u00e9tat mental est li\u00e9 \u00e0 notre corps et \u00e0 notre esprit, et, comme eux, peut \u00eatre en mauvaise sant\u00e9. Dans la partie \u2018Perspectives\u2019 de ce num\u00e9ro, des responsables et des praticiens de la sant\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9glises anabaptistes du monde entier traitent du r\u00f4le des \u00e9glises dans la prise en charge de la sant\u00e9 mentale de leurs fid\u00e8les.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00e9rer le stress pour \u00eatre en bonne sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le stress est un probl\u00e8me majeur au Japon. Quand quelqu\u2019un tombe malade, physiquement ou mentalement, au Japon nous disons souvent que c\u2019est \u00e0 cause du stress. Nos relations sont souvent source de stress, que ce soit avec les coll\u00e8gues de travail, les membres de la famille ou m\u00eame les membres de l\u2019\u00e9glise. Ces tensions nous font perdre notre paix int\u00e9rieure. Par cons\u00e9quent, la \u2018gestion du stress\u2019 est importante.<\/p>\n<p>Le stress provoque non seulement la maladie mentale, mais aussi la maladie physique, parce que nos corps et nos esprits sont li\u00e9s. De m\u00eame, si nous sommes physiquement malades, notre \u00e9tat mental peut s\u2019affaiblir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les liens entre l\u2019esprit et le corps<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est donc important de se rappeler que le corps et l\u2019esprit ne sont pas s\u00e9par\u00e9s. Bien que l\u2019on consid\u00e8re habituellement que le stress agit sur notre \u00e9tat mental, c\u2019est notre corps qui y r\u00e9agit d\u2019abord.<\/p>\n<p>Imaginez que vous vous sentiez stress\u00e9. Les muscles de certaines parties de votre corps ressentent votre tension et se raidissent. Il faut donc savoir comment se d\u00e9tendre. Je voudrais d\u2019abord aborder les \u00e9motions et les \u2018limites dans les relations\u2019 pour rel\u00e2cher les tensions par deux approches du corps et de l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019abord, les \u2018sentiments\u2019, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire les \u00e9motions, en particulier les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives, sont cruciales. Quand nous avons un conflit, nous ressentons probablement une tension et des sentiments n\u00e9gatifs envers quelqu\u2019un. Et nous nous sentons malheureux ou m\u00eame coupables, parce que nous sommes cens\u00e9s \u00eatre gentils et doux, surtout en tant que chr\u00e9tiens. Nous perdons la paix int\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p>Il nous faut contr\u00f4ler ou renoncer \u00e0 ces sentiments n\u00e9gatifs d\u2019une mani\u00e8re ou d\u2019une autre. C\u2019est difficile, et cela peut prendre beaucoup de temps. D\u2019abord nous devons en \u00eatre conscients et les admettre. Ensuite, nous devons apprendre \u00e0 y faire face.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9ditation et les mouvements (l\u2019exercice, la danse, la marche etc.) sont des fa\u00e7ons de se distancer de nos sentiments. Mon mari et moi-m\u00eame pratiquons l\u2019aiki. Cet art martial japonais a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour l\u2019autod\u00e9fense ; cependant, nous le pratiquons pour notre formation mentale. Il est plus facile pour moi de m\u00e9diter tout en bougeant, comme en pratiquant l\u2019aiki ou en marchant. Pratiquant la chiropraxie, je suis convaincue qu\u2019il est utile de prendre soin de son corps. Lorsque notre corps est d\u00e9tendu, notre esprit est \u00e9galement d\u00e9tendu. Le corps influence l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La puissance de la confession<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est difficile pour les chr\u00e9tiens de travailler sur leurs sentiments n\u00e9gatifs car ils admettent difficilement en avoir. Pourtant, ces \u00e9motions les emp\u00eachent d\u2019\u00eatre en paix avec eux-m\u00eames ou avec les autres. Les relations \u2018d\u2019amiti\u00e9 spirituelle\u2019 (rencontres r\u00e9guli\u00e8res pour partager et prier ensemble), sont une excellente mani\u00e8re de travailler \u00e0 ces sentiments et de r\u00e9duire les tensions.<\/p>\n<p>Nos communaut\u00e9s chr\u00e9tiennes devraient cr\u00e9er des lieux s\u00e9curis\u00e9s pour confesser nos sentiments n\u00e9gatifs et les porter devant Dieu. J\u2019aimerais que mon assembl\u00e9e ait un temps de retraite silencieuse pour faire son propre examen, puis partager et prier.<\/p>\n<p>Les relations sont l\u2019autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment fondamental. Nous devons apprendre \u00e0 poser des limites saines. Il n\u2019est pas facile pour les Japonais de dire \u2018Non\u2019. C\u2019est une tension. Voulant rester en paix ou en harmonie avec les autres, nous h\u00e9sitons \u00e0 dire \u2018Non\u2019. Je constate souvent les probl\u00e8mes que cr\u00e9ent dans les paroisses ces limites mal d\u00e9finies.<\/p>\n<p>Je suis dans un groupe qui travaille sur la question des limites. Nous utilisons le livre des Dr. Henry Cloud et John Townsend : Boundaries: When to Say Yes, When to Say No To Take Control of Your Life (Les limites : Quand dire Oui, quand dire Non pour contr\u00f4ler sa vie). Il est utile de savoir que dans la Bible, Dieu a pos\u00e9 des limites. Notre groupe \u00e9tudie des r\u00e9cits bibliques en se focalisant sur l\u2019aspect des limites.<\/p>\n<p>Pour moi, l\u2019aiki est aussi un moyen d\u2019explorer les limites. Maai, l\u2019espace et le temps avec les autres, est important dans les arts martiaux japonais. Nous comprenons ce qu\u2019est le maai en le pratiquant. Ai, dans aiki, signifie synchronisation et connexion ; ki est une forme d\u2019\u00e9nergie corporelle. Nous devons \u00eatre en contact avec l\u2019adversaire par le ki. L\u2019adversaire n\u2019est pas un ennemi mais devient une partie de nous-m\u00eame. Il nous faut \u00eatre connect\u00e9s et devenir un pour pouvoir mettre \u00e0 terre notre adversaire. Ce sens du moment, de l\u2019espace et de la connexion peut \u00eatre utile dans notre relation avec les autres.<\/p>\n<p>Il est utile d\u2019apprendre comment faire face au stress pour cr\u00e9er la paix int\u00e9rieure n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale.
