{"id":9782,"date":"2016-03-29T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-03-29T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mwc-cmm.org\/not-in-my-name-european-mennonites-reject-violence-4\/"},"modified":"2024-12-10T17:14:03","modified_gmt":"2024-12-10T17:14:03","slug":"not-in-my-name-european-mennonites-reject-violence-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mwc-cmm.org\/fr\/stories\/not-in-my-name-european-mennonites-reject-violence-4\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00ab Pas en mon nom \u00bb \u2013 Les mennonites europ\u00e9ens rejettent la violence"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bogot\u00e1 (Colombie) \u2013 Les \u00e9glises mennonites en Europe r\u00e9agissent \u00e0 la violence et au d\u00e9placement de la population du Moyen-Orient qui ont une incidence sur leur soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Arbeitsgemeinschaft Mennonitischer Gemeiden (AMG \u2013 \u00c9glise mennonite en Allemagne) et Algemene Doopsgezind Societeit (ADS \u2013 Communaut\u00e9 mennonite n\u00e9erlandaise) ont toutes les deux \u00e9crit une lettre \u00e0 leur gouvernement les exhortant \u00e0 poursuivre la paix.<\/p>\n<p>AMG reconna\u00eet la contrainte de son pays \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre au terrorisme par l&rsquo;action, l&rsquo;obligation de faire preuve de solidarit\u00e9 avec la France \u00e0 la suite des attaques du mois de novembre et le d\u00e9sir d&rsquo;utiliser le pouvoir de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat pour prot\u00e9ger ses citoyens et les personnes vuln\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab De notre point de vue, cependant, l\u2019action militaire en Syrie n\u2019est pas la r\u00e9ponse appropri\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de ces motivations \u00bb, \u00e9crit Doris Hege, pr\u00e9sidente du conseil d\u2019administration d\u2019AMG.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous sommes nullement convaincus que l\u2019action militaire permettra d\u2019atteindre une plus grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00bb, \u00e9crit Doris Hege. La pr\u00e9paration d\u2019un avenir politique pour les populations des r\u00e9gions touch\u00e9es \u00ab impliquerait de b\u00e2tir un avenir pour la r\u00e9gion qui soit \u00e9conomiquement juste, de fournir un soutien ad\u00e9quat, d\u2019abord par le biais des organisations de secours et, \u00e0 long terme, dans le d\u00e9veloppement de structures civiques et sociales d\u00e9mocratiques. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>De la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, ADS recommande vivement que \u00ab l\u2019aide apport\u00e9e aux victimes de cette trag\u00e9die, le soutien aux organisations qui accomplissent cet effort et la promotion du dialogue entre les parties soient au c\u0153ur des politiques. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab La communaut\u00e9 mennonite\u2026 ne consid\u00e8re pas la violence comme un moyen pour aborder les conflits, encore moins comme un moyen pour les r\u00e9soudre \u00bb, \u00e9crivent Frans Dukers et Henk Stenvers, pr\u00e9sident et secr\u00e9taire d\u2019ADS.<\/p>\n<p>Quant aux actions militaires de leur gouvernement respectif, ADS et AMG d\u00e9clarent : \u00ab Pas en mon nom. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2014Communiqu\u00e9 de la CMM<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Addenda : En f\u00e9vrier 2016, le gouvernement du Canada a cess\u00e9 de participer directement \u00e0 la mission des frappes a\u00e9riennes en Irak et en Syrie.
