A continuaci\u00f3n, escritores y escritoras reflexionan en sendos art\u00edculos sobre la siguiente pregunta:&nbsp;\u00bfC\u00f3mo el amor de Cristo por nosotros motiva y gu\u00eda nuestra respuesta a los extra\u00f1os en nuestro contexto local?<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cantos de la Trinidad y el<em> shalom<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<div>Como Iglesia de los Hermanos en Cristo de Zimbabue, compartimos las creencias y pr\u00e1cticas de la familia anabautista mundial. Los cantos que entonamos manifiestan nuestra fe, nuestros pensamientos y nuestra particular teolog\u00eda. En la mayor\u00eda de los cultos, ya sea en congregaciones rurales o urbanas, se canta el N\u00ba75 de nuestro himnario zul\u00fa, Amagama okuhlabelela: Sinomhlobo onguJesu unothando (Jes\u00fas es un amigo bondadoso).<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Una encuesta r\u00e1pida, realizada durante mayo y junio de 2016, demostr\u00f3 que era el canto que no s\u00f3lo se eleg\u00eda en las reuniones del consejo del distrito, sino que la mayor\u00eda de los feligreses lo mencionaba como el canto que se incluy\u00f3 en la m\u00fasica de muchos cultos de la congregaci\u00f3n durante dicho per\u00edodo.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Se canta incluso en los velatorios, y expresa nuestra fe en Jes\u00fas. Los atributos de Jes\u00fas que aparecen en este canto se vinculan directamente con Dios. \u00c9l no es como otros amigos; no se decepciona; es verdaderamente servicial. Regresar\u00e1 a elegir a los suyos. Jes\u00fas nunca defrauda. Regresar\u00e1 a llevarse a los suyos debido a su amor inquebrantable. Aquellos que andan buscando son llamados a ir al encuentro con Jes\u00fas, dado que \u00e9l los separar\u00e1 de sus pecados.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>La \u00faltima estrofa llama a los creyentes a andar movidos por el amor de Jes\u00fas con la promesa de la victoria. El himno N\u00ba4 del himnario zul\u00fa se canta habitualmente en las iglesias de los Hermanos en Cristo. Es otro canto que expresa lo que creemos acerca de Dios.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<h3><strong>Creemos en el <em>shalom<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<div>Nuestra fe en el <em>shalom<\/em> constituye un aspecto constante que nos identifica con la familia anabautista mundial. La fe en el&nbsp;<em>shalom<\/em> se expresa en diferentes niveles. El primer nivel es la ausencia de guerras y conflictos a nivel comunitario y nacional. Zimbabue ha presenciado dichas \u00e9pocas.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>El difunto obispo Steven Ndlovu, encabez\u00f3 las denominaciones durante los disturbios en Matabeleland en la d\u00e9cada de los ochenta. Moviliz\u00f3 a la dirigencia nacional de las denominaciones para reunirse con Joshua Nkomo y Robert Mugabe, hecho que llev\u00f3 al cese del conflicto sangriento entre los disidentes que simpatizaban con Nkomo y la Quinta Brigada de las fuerzas de defensa de Zimbabue. Se cantan con el fervor de la afirmaci\u00f3n. Cuando cantamos, afirmamos lo que juntos creemos como anabautistas para que podamos seguir a Jes\u00fas, a fin de expresar el <em>shalom<\/em>.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><em>Bekithemba Dube es profesor del Instituto B\u00edblico Ekuphileni en la Misi\u00f3n Mtshabezi, uno de los puestos misioneros m\u00e1s grandes de los Hermanos en Cristo en Zimbabue.
