ICOMB exists to facilitate relationships and ministries to enhance the witness and discipleship of its member national churches \u2013 connecting, strengthening and expanding.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Rudi Plett began working for ICOMB (half time) on January 10. His first assignment: joining David Wiebe in India on a national church visit. We taught workshops \u2013 \u201cpastor as shepherd\u201d and \u201cpastor as transformation agent\u201d \u2013 to pastors in 3 regions. We visited many local church sites who are building new facilities \u2013 so much growth! In the Gadwal area, there is an unusually high number of disabled people. Shyam Rao, Academic Dean of the MBC Bible College, has organized a ministry.
